Terms of sale and use

1. Who you are dealing with

HuttoMade is a brand of Fingerprint Ideas Inc., located at 201 Taylor Street, Hutto, Texas 78634 (“Fingerprint Ideas,” “we,” “us”). Every order on huttomade.com is sold by Fingerprint Ideas. Apparel and postcards are printed and shipped by Fingerprint Ideas; canvas prints are made to order and shipped by our production partner. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Shipping and Returns policy, and our Privacy Policy.

2. Who can order

You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian place the order or agree to these terms for you. Orders ship to addresses in the United States only.

3. Orders

• Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send your order confirmation email.
• We may limit quantities, and we may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product cannot be produced, if we suspect fraud, or if there is a pricing error. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full.
• If a price or description on the site is wrong, we are not required to sell at the wrong price. We will contact you first and you may cancel for a full refund.

4. Prices, tax, and payment

• Prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping and Texas sales tax are shown before you pay. We collect sales tax as required by Texas law and pay it to the Texas Comptroller.
• Payment is taken in full when you order. Card payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of Fingerprint Ideas, and your card statement will show Fingerprint Ideas. We never see or store your full card number.
• If you have a problem with a charge, please contact us first at info@huttomade.com. We can usually fix it faster than a bank dispute.

5. Made to order

Every piece is printed for you after you order. Orders can be changed or canceled only until they are printed. Change of mind returns are not accepted. Damaged, misprinted, or wrong items are covered by our Shipping and Returns policy.

Colors on your screen may look different from the printed product, and hand printing means small variations in color and placement from piece to piece. Garment sizes come from the blank garment makers and can vary slightly.

6. Shipping, title, and risk of loss

Orders are shipped by USPS from Hutto, Texas. Title to the products and risk of loss pass to you when we hand the package to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates. Even so, if a package is lost in transit, we will help as described in our Shipping and Returns policy.

7. Our designs and this site

The HuttoMade name, logos, designs, photos, and everything else on this site belong to Fingerprint Ideas or the artists who license their work to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or sell them, or use them on other products, without our written permission. Buying a product gives you the product, not the right to reproduce the design.

8. Artist Collective submissions

Submitting artwork through the Artist Collective application does not transfer ownership and does not create an agreement to produce or sell your work. You confirm that you created the artwork or have the right to submit it. Any license, royalty, or production of your artwork happens only under a separate written Artist Agreement signed by you (and a parent or guardian if you are under 18) and Fingerprint Ideas.

9. Using the site

Please do not misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, no fraudulent orders, no automated scraping, and no submitting someone else’s information or artwork. We may block access for anyone who does.

10. Warranty

Our promise is in our Shipping and Returns policy: if an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or wrong, we reprint or refund it. Beyond that promise and any warranty that cannot be excluded under Texas law, products and the site are provided as is, without other warranties.

11. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Fingerprint Ideas is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any product, and our total liability for any claim about an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Texas law that cannot be limited or waived.

12. Disputes and governing law

If you have a problem, contact us first and give us 30 days to try to resolve it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any lawsuit about these terms, the site, or an order must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Williamson County, Texas, and you and Fingerprint Ideas agree to the jurisdiction of those courts. Either of us may bring a qualifying claim in small claims (justice) court instead.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
