Privacy policy
Last updated October 6, 2026. What we collect on huttomade.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
HuttoMade is a brand of Fingerprint Ideas Inc., 201 Taylor Street, Hutto, Texas 78634 (“we,” “us”). This policy covers huttomade.com and the orders and forms submitted through it.
What we collect
- When you order: your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, what you bought, any order notes, and the payment result.
- When you use a form: what you type in. For artist applications that includes your bio, links to your work, social profiles, and your answers about the artwork.
- Card details are entered directly into Stripe, our payment processor. We never receive or store your full card number.
- Basic technical data such as IP address and browser type, collected by our hosting and payment providers to run the site securely and prevent fraud.
We do not ask for and do not knowingly collect sensitive data such as Social Security numbers, health information, or precise location.
How we use it
- To print, ship, and support your order, including buying your shipping label and emailing your tracking number.
- To answer your messages and review artist applications.
- To send HuttoMade news and new drops, only if you sign up. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us to stop.
- To keep business, accounting, and sales tax records, and to prevent fraud.
Who we share it with
We share only what each service needs to do its job for us:
- Stripe, to process payments.
- Shippo and the U.S. Postal Service, to create labels and deliver your order.
- The customer management, email, and bookkeeping systems Fingerprint Ideas uses to run orders and keep its books.
- Our website host, to run huttomade.com.
- Government agencies or others when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for targeted advertising across other companies’ sites. If that ever changes, we will update this policy first and give you a way to opt out.
Cookies and your cart
Your cart is saved in your own browser so it is still there when you come back. Stripe uses cookies on the checkout to process payments and prevent fraud. We do not use advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as we need them for business, accounting, and tax purposes, including the records Texas requires for sales tax (generally at least four years). Form submissions and email list entries are kept until you ask us to delete them or they are no longer needed.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal data we have about you, correct it, give you a copy, or delete it (except records we must keep by law, such as tax records), and you can opt out of marketing at any time. Email info@huttomade.com. We will respond within 45 days. If we decline a request, you may ask us to reconsider by replying to our answer, and you may contact the Texas Attorney General if you are not satisfied.
Children
The store is meant for adults and for families shopping with a parent. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Student artists under 18 may apply to the Artist Collective only with a parent or guardian, who must complete the agreement. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal data, email us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and card data never touches our systems. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach ever affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by Texas law.

We will post any changes here and update the date at the top.
