Shipping and returns
Every piece is printed for you after you order. Here is how that works, and what happens if something goes wrong.
Printed to order
Every HuttoMade piece is made to order. Apparel and postcards are printed at Fingerprint Ideas in Hutto, Texas, usually within 1 to 2 business days. Busy seasons and holidays can add a day or two.
Changing or canceling an order
Email info@huttomade.com as soon as possible with your order number. If your order has not been printed yet, we will change it or cancel it and refund you in full. Once an order has been printed, it can no longer be canceled.
Shipping
- We ship with USPS Ground Advantage, usually 2 to 5 days after your order leaves the shop. Delivery times are estimates from USPS, not guarantees.
- Shipping is a flat $6.95 per order, and free on orders over $75 before tax.
- Your confirmation email includes a USPS tracking number. It starts updating once USPS scans the package.
- We ship within the United States only.
Check your address
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because the address was incomplete or wrong, we will reship it once you confirm the correct address and pay the new shipping cost.
Lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows no movement for 7 days, or your package shows delivered but you cannot find it, email us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with USPS to find it, file a claim when one is available, and make it right when the package is truly lost in transit. Once USPS marks a package delivered to the address you gave us, we are not able to replace it if it is later taken.
Damaged, misprinted, or wrong items
If anything arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, email info@huttomade.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will reprint it or refund it, your choice, at no cost to you. You will not need to send the item back unless we ask.
Small differences in color between your screen and the printed shirt, and slight variations in print placement, are a normal part of hand printing and are not defects.
Sizing and exchanges
Because each piece is printed just for you, we do not accept returns for a change of mind. If you are unsure about a size, email us before you order and we will help.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
Sales tax
Texas sales tax (8.25%) is added at checkout and paid to the Texas Comptroller. Shipping is not taxed.
